I am passionate about evidence and context based service, systematic, behavioural and organisational design (research and practice), co-design, designing justice, design leadership and design education. I have taken a lot of courses with institues like Nelson Norman and am an advocate of aligning to current best practice as well as GDS standards. Tweaking as necessary to fit the project and circumstances.
