SaS Business to Business Solution
Setting up an account involves a lot of manual work and this creates a backlog of when accounts can be set up. It also makes client’s reliant on the inhouse team when changes need to be made or when they want to review data.

Product design to create a self manged app.

Scope:
Proof of concept to show the Cardlytic’s innovation board. `Working prototype with core functionality. Provisional ‘lite’ design of what it could look like. There was some user research and testing for this stage.

Outcome
The feedback from users was very positive. Satisfaction was improved. User-Friendly Interface: The app was intuitive and easy to use and described as bringing the types of functionality users wanted to see,
My contribution
- Discovery Research (with stakeholders and service beneficiaries (including facilitating task and finish groups, in addition to desk research of the evidence)
- Defined the high level service specification and user journeys.
- Produced maps and early mock ups to test with users.
- Undertook ‘test and learn’ activities for innovation, and modifying the specification as required (including observations of delivery)
- Wireframes, screen mock-ups and a clickable prototype (Figma)
Project outcome
The team was very impressed and the project was given the greenlight. The project went to the US technical technical team to add to their roadmap.
